PREPARATION:
Pour boiling water (0.2 l) over a tea bag in a cup, cover and allow it to infuse for at least 15 minutes. Gently squeeze the tea bag to release any remaining extract.

RECOMMENDED USAGE: Drink 5-6 tea cups daily.
