Leaf of Betula Pendula (Folium Betulae), Leaf of Lady’s Bedstraw (Herba Galiae), Leaf of Field Horsetail (Herba Equiseti), Hip of Dog Rose (Fructus Cynosbati), Leaf of Common Knotgrass (Herba Polygoni Avicularis), Leaf of Heather (Calluna Vulgaris), Leaf of Goldenrod (Herba Solidaginis)
PREPARATION: Pour boiling water (0.2 l) over a tea bag in a cup and allow it to infuse for 10 minutes. Gently squeeze the tea bag to release any remaining extract.
RECOMMENDED USAGE: drink without sugar 3 – 5 times a day
